Making a purchase is very easy. Just click on the button tab located on the top far right that is labeled "Online Store" and you will be directed to our online shopping catalog at www.shop.jumajewelry.com. From there, you can browse the various jewelry items available for sale. When you find item(s) that you would like to purchase, just click on the "add to cart" and it will place the items into your shopping cart. When you’re ready to check out, just follow the directions. It’s that simple! Enjoy shopping!
If you have a coupon code, don't forget to use it before you finalize the order. If you don't have a coupon code, be sure to provide us with your mailing address and/or email address on our contact page so we can send you upcoming sales and event information.
Is it safe to purchase items online? Is it a secured website?

What forms of payment do you accept?
There are several ways you can make payment. When ordering from our online store at www.shop.jumajewelry.com, you can follow the directions for a secured online credit card transaction. We also accept orders through PayPal at www.paypal.com. It is absolutely free for you to join.
For those of you who prefer not to use a credit card, we also accept email orders with Money Order payments. No personal checks will be accepted, sorry!
Do you offer custom or special orders? Absolutely. In fact, we welcome special orders. Unlike other jewelry designers, we do not charge a consultation fee for special order items. Most of our jewelry pieces can be altered or duplicated in various precious metals and gemstones. Matching jewelry can also be special ordered.
We will work closely with you in creating the most unique and exciting piece of jewelry for you. We also offer customized work for bridal and wedding jewelry. We ask that you allow us at least 3-4 weeks for customized work to be done.
What is the shipping cost?
Please refer to the chart below for shipping and handling costs within the United States ONLY. We ship our items through the United State Post Office. Packages will include delivery confirmation number for you so you can track the item online at www.usps.com. Sorry, but we will not be responsible for lost items in the mail.
For international shipping cost, please email us with your address and we will provide you with a shipping cost.
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
All orders with shipping addresses in the State of Pennsylvania will include a 7% sales tax on top of the total amount of items ordered, including shipping and handling charges.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive a confirmation email from us. Another email will go out to notify you when the item is ready to be shipped. We will ship your order when your payment has been approved and the ordered items have been made.
Due to security issues, we can only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses for all PayPal orders.
How can I check the status of my order?

I own a retail store and wanted to know if you offer wholesale purchases?
YES. Please fill out the contact form with your information, and we will get back to you with our wholesale prices.
Can I return merchandise purchased at local stores online?
No. Since each store controls their own inventory, please return your items to the store where you purchased them. We can only accept return for merchandise ordered through our website.
Can I return something I bought online at a retail store that carries your collection?
No. Please email us and we will let you know where to mail the item back.
I purchased an item and now it is on sale, can you refund the difference?
Price adjustments occur constantly on our website. We cannot refund the difference of price differences
after you placed your order. However, you may return the items, within 30 days from the date of shipping,
for a refund or store credit.
I purchased an item from jumajewelry.com and it broke. Can I send it back for repair?
Sure. We will repair merchandise within 30 days from the date of shipment. If you need to have an item repaired, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain authorization and return instruction.
How do you recommend I care for your jewelry?
Proper caring for your handmade jewelry is important in maintaining it’s beauty for many years to come. You’ve invested your money and time in picking out the right jewelry so you’ll need to take the time to care for it – just as you would with any other piece of artwork. It is essential that you follow these short and easy steps to properly care for your jewelry by:
- Placing it in the Right Storage: Handmade jewelry tends to be delicate and will tangle if you just throw it in your jewelry box. We suggest that you place each jewelry piece in an airtight bag like a small ziploc bag with the end of the chains hanging out of the bag so the necklace or bracelet will not get tangled. As for earrings, we recommend that you place them back on the earring cards after wearing them so they will always be together. Also, save the plastic earring backings so they won’t fall of your ear when you wear them. And, never pile your jewelry in your jewelry box– they will tangle and scratch!
- Eliminating Unwanted Exposure: Avoid contact of your jewelry with perfumes, chemicals, make up, hairspray, sea salt, pool water, etc. These items will cause the gemstones and metals to look dull and leave a film. Putting on your jewelry should be the last thing you do before heading out the door!
- Careful Cleaning: When necessary, it is suggested that you use a silver polishing cloth to clean the metals. As for cleaning gemstones, it is best to use a soft damp cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh jewelry chemical cleaners, as they will tend to ruin gemstones.
- Preventing Tarnish: Without a doubt, sterling silver, gold filled and bronze metals will oxidize and tarnish if it is exposed to air over time. We’ve started to include with each metal jewelry purchase, a sample of Anti-Tarnish Papers that you should place in your jewelry box to help prevent tarnish of your precious metals. If you need more, contact us and we’ll gladly mail some out to you. Also, be careful as most gift boxes and fillings will not protect your jewelry from tarnishing and may help accelerate the tarnishing.
